Obituary of Nicholas Chase Sheldon

Nicholas Sheldon, 23, of Parker, CO, passed away on November 11, 2019.

Visitation 10:30 a.m, Rosary 11:00 a.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019, all at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Parker.  A Reception at the Church will follow the  Funeral Mass.  Burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Castle Rock, CO at 2:30 p.m.

Nicholas was born on July 22, 1996 to William (Bill) and Mary (Long) Sheldon.  He graduated from St. John's Military School in Salina, Kansas.  Nicholas worked as a Community Services Volunteer.  He enjoyed movies, video games, watching and playing football, and animals - especially his family dog, Jarvis.  Nicholas attended outings with his friends and counselors at "To The Rescue" services and Parker Recreation Center.

Nicholas is survived by his parents, William (Bill) and Mary Sheldon, twin brother, Zachary Sheldon, all of Parker, grandmother, Beatrice M. Long of Arvada, CO and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins living in Colorado and Kansas.  Nicholas was preceded in death by his grandmother, Leona B. Sheldon, grandfather, Charles F. Sheldon, both of Denver, CO and grandfather, Donald E. Long of Arvada, CO.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Nicholas' memory be made to St. John's Military School Historical Museum, sjmsmuseum.org
