I met Larry and Pat over 30 years ago. Pat and I worked together at TCI and became close friends. Through the years she and Larry, my husband and I and some other good friends spent many wonderful times together hiking, picnicking and celebrating together with great food often prepared by Larry. Larry, you will missed by all who knew you. You were a true gentleman and a great friend. Rest now in the arms of Jesus and rejoice with all of His angels.

I met Larry at the Knight's of Columbus "Fish Frys". Although I only knew him for a few years, he was funny, kind and welcoming. I loved hearing him yell back the orders for "Slaw and a roll"!!
Miss you Larry! May you be in the loving embrace of our great Father!

I’m praying for your entire family during this time. As you grieve do so in confidence that you will meet again due to your faith. Until then he is soaring in God’s Air Force.

Larry was a good friend. We both shared the love of fly fishing and swapping military tails. We had the opportunity to fish together on occasion and Larry shared some of his "secret spots" with me. When I checked them out, they never produced like Larry described. Of course it may have been just my fishing skills. Larry was always an active participant in the Knights of Columbus until his health prevented it. For many years he especially helped with the Knights Breakfasts and Fish Fry's. I shall miss him.
Poem
Death is nothing at all
I have only slipped away into the next room
I am I and you are you
Whatever we were to each other
That we are still
Call me by my old familiar name
Speak to me in the easy way you always used
Put no difference into your tone
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed
At the little jokes we always enjoyed together
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was
Let it be spoken without effort
Without the ghost of a shadow in it
Life means all that it ever meant
It is the same as it ever was
There is absolute unbroken continuity
What is death but a negligible accident?
Why should I be out of mind
Because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you for an interval
Somewhere very near
Just around the corner
All is well.
Nothing is past; nothing is lost
One brief moment and all will be as it was before
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!
