Julia Alice Frank, 82, of Elizabeth, CO, formerly of Long Beach Island, NJ, passed away peacefully at home with loving family at her side on November 1, 2016. Julia ceremoniously chose to join her mother, father and sister in the Kingdom of Heaven on All Saints Day. Loving Wife of 57 years to Robert H. Frank. Beloved Mother of Bob (Lis) Frank of Elizabeth, CO. Grandma of Robert (Amelia) Santoro of New York City, NY, Christopher Santoro of Poughkeepsie, NY and Donald Frank of New Orleans, LA. Great-Grandma of Landon Santoro of New York City, NY. Sister of Virginia Reilly of Brielle, NJ, Elizabeth (Frank) Reilly of Brielle, NJ and the late Rita Harter. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, and their families.
