Loving Wife of 30 years to David. Beloved Mother of Tom and Jess Bower. Grandma of Isabella Parga. Daughter of John and Patricia.
There will be two small family gatherings held, one in Denver on Aug 28th and one in Mansfield, England to place Joanne's ashes with her Mother and Grandmother's.
