Obituary of Virginia B. Capobianco

86, of Aurora, passed away on April 19, 2010. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 27th from 4 to 7 pm at Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services. A Vigil will begin at 5:30 p.m. On Wednesday, April 28th, 10:30 a.m. a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 19099 E. Floyd Ave. in Aurora. Virginia will be interred at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. Virginia was born on October 29, 1923 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Anton and Julia Kowalski. She married Frank Peter Capobianco Sr. on September 13, 1944 in Milwaukee. Virginia was a housewife as well as worked in various jobs throughout her life, some which included operating a record press, assembling wiring harnesses, assembling staplers, etc. Virginia is survived by her son, Frank (Francesco) Capobianco, Jr. of Aurora, Colorado, her daughter-in-law, Margaret (Louis) Capobianco of Cape Coral, Florida, her grandchildren, Frank Capobianco III (son of Frank Jr.) also of Aurora, Colorado, Anthony (Joan Ann)Capobianco of Cape Coral, Florida, Diane (Brian) Rezepa of St. Clair, Michigan, her great-grandchildren Brenden and Madison Lou Rezepa of St. Clair, Michigan and her sister, Violet Palmese of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Frank, her son, Louis Anthony Capobianco, her daughter-in-law, Maria (date of death April 28, 1987), her brothers, Chester Kowalski, Joseph Kowalski, Casimir Kowalski, Henry Kowalski and sisters, Leona Rakowski and Alice Zoltowski.
