Our deepest sympathies to the Casey family but especially to Catherine who we know loved Chuck very much. It was his love for his wife that attracted us to him and vice-a- versa. We had many great times together in the short period we knew Chuck. Our relationship was enriched by their example of true Christian love for one another and served as a witness for their family and friends. Love Michael & Leslie

My Dear Catherine, and the entire Casey family, I am so sorry to hear about the Chuck's passing. He was always so positive through these very difficult times. What a blessing you were to each other. How supportive you were. I know you spend many sleepless nights caring for him. I pray that you all find comfort knowing that Chuck is well, whole and at peace with our loving God and knowing that he will bring you some comfort as you grieve his loss and I know you'll miss him so much. God, who gave His only Son, understands your sorrow. He knows your pain even before you take it to Him in prayer. And at this moment, He is reaching out His arms to you. Tears cried in the name of Love are very special to God. Memories of those we love live forever in our hearts.

We were very blessed to have shared a friendship with Chuck for more than 35 years. When we think of Chuck life we will always remember how friendly, loving, and complimentary he was whenever we spent time with him and Cathy. What stands out the most in his life is the loving and caring way he treated his wife Cathy. He was always watching out for her with gentleness and tenderness. We will miss him and He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of his friendship. Our prayers are with you Cathy, Chris, Craig, Carl, CeAnn, and Cathy Lynn. You are a very loving family. We love all of you. John and Betty Pettitt

Chuck was very dear to my heart. He was like a father to me. He was strong, a fighter, and tender hearted at the same time. He always had love shinning through his eyes that warmed my heart and soul. I feel very blessed to be a part of Chuck's life and to know his wonderful wife, Katherine, and children, Kathy and Craig. I am glad to have been apart of his life and to hear his reciting of the dentist poem on his last blessed day. God bless you Katherine, Kathy, and Craig.. Please let me know if you need anything!

My Great Uncle Chuck was truly a special person and spiritual light in my life. I am deeply saddened at his passing. After sharing with my boys (R.J. age 9 and Carter age 6) that their Great Great Uncle Chuck passed we where having dinner and they asked me what was a favorite memory of my Uncle? This is the memory I told them: When I was very young I do not believe I was in school yet, on a rainy day in California the Casey family took me to Disneyland with them. Uncle Chuck was holding my hand and squeezed it three times and then asked me “if I knew what that meant”. My answer was no as I looked up at him (I was tiny and he was really tall to me). Uncle Chuck proceeded to tell me that when I squeeze your hand three times I am telling you “I Love You”. Just as I finished the story both boys say just like you taught us! The next day both boys numerous times in the day would hold my hand squeeze it three times without saying a word. My thoughts and prayers go out to my Aunt and Cousins.

To the entire Casey family but especially to Cathy, I was very sorry to hear about your dad but I'm sure he is resting peacefully now and smiling down upon you. I only met your dad in person once but he was just the way you mentioned. When he spoke to you it was like he knew you all your life. In watching the news today with all the negativity that abounds you wonder how things would be if everyone had just a little of what made you dad so nice and attracted people to him. The good thing is as a legacy he leaves this world with some great kids that have shown others how a family should be- close and caring. Take care and my prayers will continue for you. Bill Maher

I had the priveledge of knowing Chuck and Cathy for the last few years and was pleased to call them friends as well as patients. Just the mere thought of Chuck's name makes me smile, the entire office was always excited when the Caseys were due in. Chuck and Cathy were so obviously still in love after so many years, it radiated from them. He fought his illness with grace and determination. I will forever remember Chuck in a special place of my heart.

To all the Casey family, you have our deepest sympathy. Chuck was a wonderful man and we will miss seeing him at our get togethers. The part of the obituary that says..."Chuck never met a stranger. He had a deep desire to personally know everyone he met,and people reciprocated this by wanting to know him". Fits him extremely well!! If he said he cared for you, you KNEW he truly cared for you. His hugs were very sincere. He deeply loved his family and friends who will all miss him tons.

What wonderful memories we have of Chuck, most especially his love, which emanated from his pores, and his smile. We still have the poem he wrote for our wedding and hold the memory of Chuck and Cathy attending our wedding very dear. Chuck was always so supportive of us when following along on tour and mostly his caddy duties. Chuck would hold a golf ball under his arm during the cold days of the LAOpen so the ball would be happy. Go figure. So many memories of your friendship and the times we spent together. Please know our prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time. Our Dear Lord will surely comfort you and rest knowing that Chuck is with Him and watching over all of us. We love you very, very much and will miss him with you. Ken and Linda
