I have heard it said that life is God's gift to us but what we do with our life is our gift to God. Matt 25:23 kjv says “His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord." My sweet and beautiful sister, I have no doubt that on May 1st, 2020, you heard the voice of the Lord calling your name and you answered your last earthly "YES". Everyone who knew you loved you and although it may sadden our hearts, we understand that there is a plan for all of our lives and our days on this earth are numbered by God, This life is fleeting and temporary. I am so grateful for all the time, we were able to share in each others lives. When I think of all the telephone calls, visits to PA and family reunions, my heart is filled with joy. The time has come for us to part so we submit to the Father's plan for your life. Thank you my sister for being committed to God's plan for your earthly life. Do I hear singing in the air?

My most precious memories/special moments with my sister Arlee:
From the time I was a little girl, my sister always made me feel very special and important in her life. Although she was a grown woman with children of her own who were very close to my age and older plus she lived hundreds of miles away from me, her little baby sister, her great love for me made the distance totally non-existent. To get to know me, and to make sure that I knew her and all of my nieces and nephews as well as my brother-in-law, Willie, Arlee would write to me every week, send me pictures and tell me stories in such detail that I knew exactly what she, all my nieces nephews and her husband all looked liked, their individual interests, their activities, their personalities and even most of their favorite foods! Arlee made every effort to let me know that I was her little sister, to make sure I knew and felt like I was a part of her family and that I was loved and very important to each one of them. Her letters were like none I've ever known. They were so descriptive and alive that I actually felt like I was there at the time! My beloved big sister, Arlee, continued those letters along with weekly phone calls until I reached adulthood. Up until the day she transcended, we never lost contact with one another. We communicated on a regular basis. I've never forgotten those letters. They have made such a huge impact upon my life and made me feel so loved and special all of my life! My oldest sister, Arlee, was an amazing woman, a dedicated wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, friend and most of all a truly anointed Woman of God. Being the great woman that she was, Arlee inspired me to be not only a better woman, wife, mother and person, but showed me by being a living example what it means to be a true Christian and Servant of the Lord! Every moment that I've ever shared with my sister, Arlee, was precious, memorable, love-filled and a joyous moment. I'm going to miss her presence, but she will be forever alive within my heart and mind. Knowing she has received her eternal reward, makes my heart rejoice.
