Obituary of Joy Meredith

Leatrice Joy Meredith, 86, of Denver, Colorado.

Wife of the late Milo Meredith. Mother to Mark (Tracy) Meredith of Castle Rock, Colorado. Grandmother to Ryan (Melanie) Meredith of Thornton, Colorado and Evan Meredith of Denver Colorado. Great Grandmother to Tucker Meredeith of Thornton, Colorado. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Milo Meredith, and other family (Lisa Meredith, Arnold, Clarence, Buck, all Telanders, Lilly Anderson, Blanche Krienke, Mabel Burton, an Edith Bowman).

Joy was born on July 26, 1933 in Round Rock, Texas to Alfred Telander and Esther Isreal. She completed her high school education, and later married the love of her life, Milo on August 10th, 1952 in Round Rock, Texas. Joy was a wonderful homemaker.  When she wasn't busy, she could be found taking her walks, knitting, caretaking, and reading.

Joy passed on July 22, 2020 in Denver County. Joy's kind heart will be forever missed by those close to her.

A Visitation followed by a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 7th at 1:00PM in Overland Park, Kansas - located at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel and Memorial Gardens.
