Obituary of Oliver Then

Oliver Then, 57, of Castle Rock passed away peacefully at home with Stephanie by his side on November 18, 2020.

Oliver was born on February 22, 1963 in Neckarsulm, Germany to loving parents Otto Then and Theresia Luthe. He went on to meet the love of his life, Stephanie, and they were wed in Vail on September 16, 2000. Oliver had a very fulfilling career for Dassault Systemes as an Account Executive. He enjoyed adventure and life, and was known for saying "live life to the fullest" and tried to do that each and every day. Being a part time resident of Vail, Colorado, he loved mountain adventures varying between skiing, snowboarding, road biking, mountain biking, and traveling. But Oliver's biggest love was spending time with his family and friends. Something that will be remembered fondly, alongside his generous and outgoing personality, paired with his very positive and competitive spirit.

Oliver is survived by his wife, Stephanie. Father, Otto Then of Oedheim, Germany. Brother, Roger Then of Oedheim, Germany. And cousins, Rolf Kramer of Highlands, Ranch and Monica Miketa of Littleton, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his mother, Theresia Then.

A Life Celebration will be held in Vail during the Spring of 2021.
