Obituary of Andrew Gregory Ludwicki

Andrew Gregory Ludwicki, 26, of Rochester, New York passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2021.

Andrew was the beloved, youngest son of John and Sue Ludwicki of The Villages, FL. There will be a huge hole left in his parent's hearts and souls with his passing. He is survived by his immediate family: Brother Jonathan (Wife, Morgan) Ludwicki and Brother Adam Ludwicki (Girlfriend, Emma Schrader) who all loved him dearly. He was an Uncle to Ellis Ludwicki (Jonathan and Morgan's son), and he was the awesome dog dad of Tucker James O'Brien (aka Taco, TJ, St. Tucker, and "The Best Dog Ever").

He is survived by extended family and friends, including his Gramma Eleanor Petrunich, his Uncle Andy (Susie) Petrunich, his Aunt Missy (Dean) Bires, his Aunt Patty (Keith) Dzija, and many cousins. He is predeceased by three of his grandparents, his Uncle Gregory Ludwicki, and his cousin James Ludwicki.

Andrew had previously lived in Tuscon AZ (attending the University of Arizona and Pima CC and earning his Associates Degree), Charleston SC, and The Villages FL. He most recently moved back to Colorado where he worked as the CEO and Project Manager at his own company, AGeLevations LLC. - which delivered roofing, painting, and gutter services to his satisfied customers.

Andrew loved spending time with his family and friends, often enjoying playing cards, golf, and disc golf with them or watching movies, visiting the beach, visiting a restaurant, or just hanging out. He enjoyed watching MMA, football, baseball, and hockey. He previously played hockey and baseball in high school. Andrew was also a good cook, and was known for his grilling skills and ability to whip up a terrific breakfast with his signature scrambled or over-easy eggs and home fries. He loved cooking for his family.

Andrew also loved to travel. He'd recently visited Taiwan, the Philippines, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Mexico, and Costa Rica - with his brother Adam and various friends joining him at different times on these trips.

Andrew made friends easily and brought joy to everyone he met. He will be missed beyond belief. From the time he was a baby, his sense of humor brightened up the room.

Andrew had a tattoo on his left arm that was a quote from Saint Andrew:
“Love is acceptance. When you love someone, you take them into your heart, and that is surely why it hurts so much when we lose someone we love, because we lose a part of ourselves.”. It is profoundly true in this time of sorrow.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 3:30pm - 5:00pm at Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services (10470 So. Progress Way, Parker, CO 80134).

An informal Life Celebration will be held in Colorado on Sunday, July 25th from 11:30am to 6:00pm at Creekside Park (4400 E. Virginia Ave., Denver, CO 80246). A second life celebration will be held in Florida at a later date.
