Obituary of Kathy Ann Fitz

Kathy Ann Fitz, 71, of Parker, Colorado formerly of Rockford, Illinois passed away peacefully at her home with family at her side on August 22, 2021.

Kathy was born on October 5, 1949 in Rockford, Illinois to loving parents George Rambo Hoskins and Marie Elizabeth Hoffman. She graduated from Rockford Bishop Muldoon Catholic High School in 1967, and wed the love of her life, Bruce Fitz, on June 7, 1969 in Loves Park, Illinois. Kathy had a successful career in retail sales, but could often be found later in life participating in Church activities, bicycling, playing cards and games, and doing what she adored most – spending time with her Grandchildren.

Kathy is survived by her adoring husband, Bruce Fitz, and her children, Todd (Sophie) Fitz and Tim (Kelly) Fitz of Denver, Colorado. She will be sorely missed by her grandchildren, Beckett, Braedy, Macy, Addy, and Landon, as well as brother, George (Tammy) of La Crosse, Wisconsin, and sisters, Barb (Bob) Stout of Havana, Florida, Mary (John) Theilen of Liberty, Missouri, and Therese Lechnir of Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marie, and her brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Della Hoskins.
