Obituary of Lois Ann Noe

Lois Ann (Fontaine) Noe was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  She peacefully passed at home the morning of January 16, 2022, in Elizabeth, CO, at the age of 80 after losing her battle with cancer.  Lois was born March 22, 1941, in Duluth, Minnesota to Leo and Alma Fontaine.  

Lois moved to Colorado in 1960, where she remained throughout her life.  She married the love of her life, Fred Wayne Noe, on September 9, 1978.  Lois worked diligently for the Elizabeth School District Transportation Department, safely transporting students to and from school for over 30 years.  Lois loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed going camping and participating in many fun fishing trips. Lois loved her children and grandchildren, spending as much time with them as possible and making many wonderful memories.

Lois is survived by her husband of 42 years, Fred Wayne Noe.  She was the mother of four children, three from a previous marriage: Son Dale Anderson (64), his late wife June, children Dale Jr., and Crystal, and great-grandchildren Sage and Emrys. Daughter Tammy Holschuh (62), her husband Mike, children Lisa Sagaser, her husband Don and great-grandchildren Meagan, Joseph, Kylie, and Emily and Mike Jr, his wife Kiley and great-grandchildren Britton, Christopher, Jordan. Daughter Susan Saiz (60), her husband Nick, their children Terrie, Leslie, Cassie, her husband Aric, and great-grandchildren Josephine and Sophia.  Son Chris Noe (41), his wife Tiara, and children Lita, Wes, and Mya.  

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Saturday, January 29^th at Our Lady of the Visitation in Kiowa, Colorado.  Flowers may be donated to The Ponderosa Valley Funeral Service, or financial contributions or her family.
