Obituary of Jackie D. Carver

Jackie Dean Carver from Parker, Colorado. Born April 22, 1927 in Yuma, Colorado.  Went to be with our Lord March 24, 2022.  He passed away at his residence at The Suites of Parker surrounded by his loving wife and family.

In 1945 he joined the Army for a short term of 2 years, leaving just before the Korean War broke out.  When he settled back in Colorado he tried his stint of being a police officer for the city of Ft. Morgan.  Later he went on to be a cement mixer driver for Ready Mixed Concrete, where he stayed until he retired, serving 35 plus years. He and his wife Betty enjoyed their retirement years traveling in an RV for about 3 years.

He met his wife Betty I. Molck and they married July 8, 1972. This year would have been 50 years. 

He is survived by his wife: Betty I. Carver, his brother Bobby Carver and his wife, his children DeWayne “Dino” Carver and Debbie Rodriguez, Step-children, Rick Hatcher and his spouse Terri, Marcia Ashbaugh and her husband Bob, Russ Hatcher, Cristy Slater, Debi Edwards and her husband Lorenzo, and Donna Donaldson and her husband Gary, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Wedsnesday, April 6, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. followed by Funeral Service at 12:Noon, both at Crossroads Community Church in Parker.  Graveside Service with Military Honors at 2:15 p.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236.
