Obituary of Robert C.K. White

Robert "Bob" Christopher Kennedy White, Sr., of Parker, passed away in his home in Parker on April 26, 2023. Bob was born on January 20, 1940, in Corpus Christi, Texas, and enjoyed an active and very sociable life until his death at age 83. He lived to serve, as shown by his 43 years of active duty and reserve service in the United States Army, and over 20 years of service to Ave Maria Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Knights of Columbus. He also lived to bring joy and fun to his family and many friends who remember him fondly for his kindness and charm. Bob never knew a stranger, and was sincerely interested in the lives and stories of everyone he met.

Bob is survived by his wife, Sandra White; his children, Michelle Trevino-Compton, Celeste Trevino, and Robert White, Jr.; his step-children Geof Johnson and Thomas Johnson; his sister, Sue Trevino Fecke, and brother, Charles Cervantes, Jr.; as well as nine nieces and nephews and three grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Petra Trevino, and his sister, Cornelia Simons.

Services will be held at Ave Maria Catholic Church, 9056 E. Parker Road in Parker on May 24. Recitation of the Rosary at 10:30 a.m. followed by Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Committal Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Staging Area "B" with full military honors provided by the United States Army.
 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of America or the Knights of Columbus
