Jeff and I were so sorry to hear of Rodger's passing. We lived near him in Enon, Ohio and enjoyed him and his family. Jeff flew with him many years ago with the Air National Guard and corresponded via email after retirement. Please accept our condolences and may he Rest in Peace and God Bless you and the family.

We are deeply sorry to hear of the passing of a former Fighter Pilot friend, Roger Harrison. I flew many sorties at SGH, learning to master the F-84-F, with him as the IP. I hope somebody up above recognizes that and gets him a proper assignment. Since he already has a set of wings, he should fit right in. Nancy, we pray that you remain strong during this time of grief and dwell only on the good memories. God bless you all and may he Rest in Peace.

Nancy & Cousins, I’m sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Rodger. I‘ve always admired and looked up to him. A few fond memories I’d like to share of spending time with him are going for a rather fast drive in his new Porsche Carrera out on route 40, or the time he took me for another thrill ride on his motorcycle. He told me to hop on and really hold on tight around his waist, moments later we left your driveway in Springfield on the back wheel of his motorcycle. Exciting stuff for a teenage boy. One last experience to share and I was a totally impressed teenager was getting to go onto the tarmac at Rickenbacker AFB ( back in the mid 70’s) and watching him get into his plane and staying there as he took off and seeing him do a fly by. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
