I always smile when I think of Kari! I met her when Brie joined my class at St Mary’s Academy. I loved teaching Brie., and got to know Kari.. who always made sure I had everything I needed as a teacher.. she would send in snacks and supplies, volunteer her time, and offer ideas or just talk when we both needed it! I had the pleasure of watching Brie grow up into a beautiful young woman as we would often see them at Sunday Mass. We grieved together over Angelica’s baby in heaven, which prepared me to face 2 more miscarriages with my own daughter in law…. When my son came home from college for summer, she found a spot at Swingle!! We love you Kari. And we love your family kids and grandkids.. you will always be loved and remembered! God bless you all!

My deepest condolences go to Karis entire family during this difficult time. From the first time I met Kari in line at The Pancake Breakfast at church (with her grandkids, of course), she shined brighter than most candles! Her smiles, sweet/soft voice and amazing warmth gave those around her a feeling of comfort and peace. By chance, we spent hours together at Monkey Business one day and it was the most enjoyable few hours of my whole week! She was such a light and her family was her life… my she loved those grandkids!
